Drivers:
  • When you create a driver account, we collect your full name, phone number, email address, vehicle's body number, motorcycle plate number, profile picture, photo with your vehicle, and other proof of identity.
  • Location Information: We collect real-time location data through the Global Positioning System (GPS) to allow passengers to find you and track your ride progress from pickup to drop-off.
  • Device Information: We collect information about your device, such as its model, operating system, and unique identifier.
  • App Usage Data: We collect information about your use of the App, such as your ride history, trip earnings, and in-app messaging activity.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

Passengers:
  • We provide and improve our services, including matching you with drivers and navigating your ride.
  • We connect you with drivers by sharing your pick-up and drop-off locations.
  • Driver information, such as name, photo, vehicle details, and average rating, is shown to you for transparency and safety.
  • In-app chat shares your mobile number and Tara G username with other participants.
  • We communicate with you about your account, rides, promotions, and other relevant information.
  • We enhance passenger support by reviewing your trip data and using in-app communication to address concerns and answer questions.
  • We send you personalized offers and recommendations based on your usage patterns.
Drivers:
  • We provide and improve our services, including connecting you with passengers and optimizing your trip routes.
  • We will share the passenger pick-up and drop-off locations with you to fulfill ride requests.
  • We verify your vehicle information to ensure safety and compliance.
  • We share your full name, photo, vehicle details, and average rating with passengers for transparency and safety.
  • In-app chat shares the other user's mobile number and Tara G username for communication.
  • We improve driver support by analyzing trip data and in-app communication to resolve issues and answer questions.
  • We communicate with you about your account, rides, promotions, and other relevant information.

Information Sharing With Third-Party Providers

We may share your information with third-party service providers who help us operate the App, such as:

  • Map providers
  • Security and fraud prevention companies

We will only share your information with these third parties to the extent necessary to provide the Tara G App services and follow this Privacy Policy.

You have choices regarding your information:
