IDA Mobile includes an AI-powered chatbot assistant designed to help you with business queries and document handling.
4.1 How the AI Assistant Works
- You can create AI projects and chat threads to organize conversations
- The AI processes your text prompts and file attachments to provide relevant responses
- Conversation history is maintained within each chat thread for context
4.2 Data Used for AI Processing
- Text messages and prompts you submit
- File attachments (documents, images) you upload to chat
- Previous messages in the same conversation thread for context
4.3 AI Data Retention
- Chat history is stored on our secure servers
- You can delete individual chat threads or entire AI projects at any time
- Deleted chat data is permanently removed from our systems
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:
5.1 Service Providers
- Sentry: For error tracking and crash reporting to improve app stability. Sentry receives device information and error logs.
- Expo: For delivering over-the-air app updates and push notifications. Expo receives device tokens and app version information.
5.2 Business Operations
- Vendors: When you send a purchase order, the vendor receives the PO details via email as initiated by you
5.3 Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government request, or to protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property.
5.4 Business Transfers
